Heritage Christian Dishes Out Home Cooking on the "Road"

Guerin Catholic and Heritage Christian faced off in conference action on Saturday. The game was originally to be held in Noblesville, but a structural problem led to a last minute change of venue back to HCS. Both teams started off hot, hitting a combined 5 three-pointers. After trailing 6-3 early, the Eagles went on a 20-0 run. Heritage Christian led 46-18 at the half and held on to win 74-38. Sophomore Nicole Cunningham led Guerin Catholic with 9 points and 8 rebounds. No stats were made available for Heritage Christian. HCS improves to 1-0, tied with Roncalli for the conference lead. GCHS falls to 0-2 in conference play.
