Baseball – Bishop Chatard takes two from Heritage Christian

Game One – Chatard 13, Heritage 3

Bishop Chatard – Good team win. A sloppy defensive effort by the Trojans was overcome by a good pitching performance from Bennett Rossetter and Andrew Sowinski with Rossetter getting the win. The offense pounded out 12 hits and was led by Zach Lewis with 3 hits and Jack Phelps, Leo Dilts, and Michael Mates with 2 hits each.

Game Two – Chatard 14, Heritage 3

Bishop Chatard – Good team win. Big offensive night for the Trojans capped by a pair of Grand Slam home runs by Drew Murray and Patrick Mastrian in the 11 run 3rd inning. Mitchell Ayers and Jack Roberts pitched for the Trojans with Ayers picking up the win.
