Baseball – Guerin Catholic remains unbeaten in conf

Game One – Guerin Catholic 13, Covenant Christian 0

Covenant Christian – The Baseball team (3-3, 1-2) struggled to get out of the second inning at home on Tuesday night, and it determined the ballgame, as the Warriors fell 13-0 to Guerin Catholic HS (6-1, 3-0) in the first game of the 2-game Circle City Conference series.  The Golden Eagles plated ten runs in the second frame.
Sophomore Darien Pugh picked up his first loss of the season on the mound, pitching 1.1 innings.  Senior Cam Collins, Junior Brennan Moran, and Sophomore Ty Gossel each picked up hits in the loss.  GCHS had four players each drive in two runs in the game.
