Brebeuf Jesuit – The Brebeuf Braves boy’s varsity soccer team defeated the Roncalli Rebels 1-0.
The Braves played a more direct brand of soccer that normal and put pressure on the Rebels with Jr and Player of the Game, Alex Potts, and So Alec Bevelheimer leading the way and causing problems on their defense.
The 2 combined for the only goal of the game after the Rebels defense turned the ball over and Potts took it and passed it to Bevelheimer.
The Braves continued pressing and had a couple of great chances to score but got a good performance by the Rebels’ goalkeeper who was able to smother them
