The opening goal came from a throw-in by So. Alec Bevelheimer who threw long into the box for Jr Alex Potts who headed it in. The second goal was similar to the first, with the same players involved and the same result. 2-0. Later, Bevelheimer struck his only goal of the night on a corner from Jr Mitchell Amstutz.
The Eagles countered later on a long pass to make it a 3-1 score. Just before half, captain Amstutz had the goal of the night with a strike from about 30 yards into the upper right hand corner of the Eagles net keeper to finish the half 4-1.
The second half, the Braves played with more discipline on defense but were only able to score once when Sr Jackson Widlic was brought down inside the goalie box for a PK, which he put away for a final score of 5-1.
