Braves/Rebels Bring Home Hardware

The Brebeuf Braves and Roncalli Rebels split the 2017-18 Circle City Conference Swimming and Diving Championships Saturday.  The Lady Braves brought home the girls title, while the Rebels won for the boys.  The second annual championship meet was held at Ben Davis High School on the west side of Indianapolis.  A handsome crowd witnessed all five member schools battle it out over roughly three-hours.  Highlights included Guerin Catholic sweeping the girls diving and a tight race between Brebeuf and Roncalli in the Boys 400 Yard Free Relay.
The final standings were as followed:  Girls – 1. Brebeuf Jesuit; 2. Guerin Catholic; 3. Roncalli; 4. Bishop Chatard; 5. Heritage Christian;  Boys – 1. Roncalli; 2. Brebeuf Jesuit; 3. Bishop Chatard; 4. Heritage Christian; 5. Guerin Catholic.
