Brebeuf/Chatard Split Doubleheader

The Lady Trojans held off the visiting Braves to clinch the 3rd place position in the conference standings for the 2018-19 season.  The final standings are as follows: 1. Heritage (4-1); 2. Roncalli (4-1); 3. Bishop Chatard (3-2); 4. Covenant Christian (3-2); 5. Guerin Catholic (1-4); 5. Brebeuf Jesuit (0-5).
After playing to a tie in the first quarter, the Brebeuf’s boys pulled away from the Trojans.  Their 20 point victory improved their record to 3-0 in the conference.  They are tied with Heritage Christian at the top of the standings.  They will meet on February 15 to decide the conference championship.  Bishop Chatard still has a path to finish in third.
