Roncalli secures girls title (GBB)

The Roncalli Rebels earned the 2019-20 Circle City Conference girls basketball championship on Friday night with their 53-38 victory over the Covenant Christian Warriors.  The victory capped a perfect 5-0 conference run by the Rebels.  The championship is Roncalli’s second all-time and first since 2016-17.  It marked the end of Heritage Christian’s back-to-back title run.

Madelyn Bischoff led the Rebels with 24 points.  Alana Vinson added 13 of her own.
