Girls Volleyball – Fall of 2024

Roncalli, coached by Christina Erazmus, won the Girls Volleyball Conference Championship by sweeping the regular season match-ups with our Conference members.  Brebeuf Jesuit finished runner-up. All Conference players chosen by the member school head coaches include:

Brebeuf Jesuit – Reese Blanchard & Lexi Gin

Guerin Catholic – Maddie Fritch

Heritage Christian – Ella Mensch

Roncalli – Logan Bell, Addy Haberthy, Mac Kruer, Lydia Stahley & Reagan Turk

Post season tournament action found Heritage Christian (2A) losing in the their Sectional Final in 5 sets to Scecina Memorial.  Bishop Chatard (3A) lost their Sectional Final in 4 sets to Cathedral. Brebeuf Jesuit (3A) hosted their Sectional and defeated Guerin Catholic in one of the Semi-Finals (3-0) prior to losing to a strong Tri-West squad in the Sectional Championship (1-3). Roncalli (3A) won their Sectional, Regional & Semi-State Championships while cruising all the way to the State Title without losing a set in post season play! This is Roncalli’s first Girls Volleyball State Championship since 2006, and the Royals posted an undefeated season and have been recognized as one of the top squads in the nation!! Congrats to the Royals and Coach Christina Erazmus!
