Brebeuf Braves – The Braves started Circle City Conference play on Tuesday night in a non-stop rain soaked affair. The Braves started the first half going up by 5 goals in the first 5 minutes before Heritage responded with one of it’s own. The Braves finished the first half out at 11-2. The second half saw a quick burst from Heritage which moved the score to 12-4, before the Braves responded and pushed the game to the eventual ending score of 17-5.
The team was lead by Soph. Ava Lowry 6 Goals, Soph. Natalie Bir 4 Goals, Soph. Meg Baxter 3 Goals. The defense was a bit shorthanded with multiple players out due to illness, but the defense played aggressive and time between the pipes was split between Jr. Jade Klain and Soph. Katie Hale.
