Roncalli – The Varsity Baseball Team won a share of the Circle City Conference for the 2nd straight year with wins over Heritage Christian by the scores of 5-1 and 7-0. Erik Hommel was the winning pitcher in game 1 and Will Schoettle the winning pitcher in game 2. Brian Keeney was 3-4 with a double and and triple. Dominic Brown was 1-3 with 2 RBI’s and Cole Beckman had a double. Max Harper had 6 assists defensively at 2nd base. The Rebels finish conference play at 8-2 and are the #1 seed for this weekend’s inaugural Circle City Conference Tournament. The Rebels play their first game at 10:30 Saturday morning and the championship is Saturday night at 7:30. All games are at Roncalli.
